RESPONSABILIDADES:
– Conduzir projetos globais e estratégicos com alto grau de complexidade garantindo a utilização de metodologia adequada;
– Gerir Projetos, Mudanças (Change Mgmt) e Riscos focado em prover soluções sustentáveis, gerando melhor Experiência aos Clientes e foco na redução de esforço;
– Gerir os prazos acordados e o escopo definidos;
– Identificar oportunidades de otimização de processos com viés de automação com soluções escaláveis a outras unidades de negócio;
– Definir a aplicação e promover a disseminação de metodologias nas estruturas organizacionais internas (conhecimento em metodologias 5W2H, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Kanban, etc).
– Conhecimento em gestão financeira dos projetos e Business Cases, garantindo as entregas de acordo com o planejamento.
REQUISITOS:
– Ensino Superior Concluído;
– Espanhol em nível avançado ou fluente (irá interagir e conduzir reuniões com times globais);
– Experiência em melhoria de processos e condução de projetos estratégicos de alta complexidade;
– Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos;
– Inglês – desejável;
– Habilidades: Visão estratégica e de negócios focados na experiência do cliente.
