ADP is hiring an Insurance Implementation & Service Specialist.
As an Insurance Implementation & Service Specialist you will be the client’s first point of contact post sale, managing the implementation process from the sale through the transition to Client Service. Ensures the establishment of a positive relationship with the client. Performs a thorough review of the policy and client’s information and sets client expectations to ensure the successful transition of the clients to the Client Service Team.
You will spend most of your day receiving and reviewing sales order, policy information and client information for completeness and work closely with sales to notify them of any outstanding issues/items. Make wekcome calls to the client to establish a relationship with the client, set and reinforce expectations, confirm information and answer any questions the clients may have. Classify employees, owner/officers in all applicable systems to ensure accurate premium deductions. Be available to take client calls and service client through first premium impound ensuring all features have started prior to turnover to Client Service.

Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud.
