Une occasion palpitante de vous joindre à ADP en tant qu’assistant en connaissance du client s’offre à vous, dans laquelle vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la facilitation des vérifications relatives à la connaissance du client pour notre solution de service de paiement Gestion des paiements pour le Canada.
Vous serez un des principaux contacts pour les clients potentiels et devrez donc posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication, en gestion du temps et en organisation et devrez vous conformer strictement à l’exigence du CANAFE visant à ne pas éveiller les soupçons des clients. Vous aurez la responsabilité de guider les clients potentiels à travers le processus d’évaluation des clients d’ADP et de vous assurer que les renseignements et les documents obtenus satisfont aux exigences internes. Ce poste vous donne l’occasion de communiquer avec des intervenants internes et des clients potentiels. Il s’agit d’un excellent poste pour approfondir vos connaissances et faire progresser votre carrière, puisqu’il vous permet de tisser des liens à l’externe et à l’interne.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Intégrer les clients. Vous créerez des expériences d’intégration exceptionnelles pour chaque client potentiel en vous assurant que sa documentation respecte les normes requises, en répondant aux questions qu’il pourrait avoir et en collaborant avec lui et avec les groupes internes pour combler toute lacune.
- Collaborer à l’interne. Vous interagirez/collaborerez avec les associés d’ADP dans le cadre de la gestion des risques liés à la criminalité financière ainsi qu’avec divers groupes interagissant avec les clients en vous assurant que les renseignements sur le client potentiel sont justes et disponibles en temps opportun et en agissant en tant que partenaire pour recueillir tout renseignement manquant auprès du client potentiel.
- Effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et communiquer. Vous travaillerez sur plusieurs tâches et requêtes urgentes en lien avec l’intégration. Vous transmettrez des renseignements essentiels aux clients et aux équipes internes.
- S’organiser. Vous respecterez un horaire quotidien et vous organiserez pour gérer un volume potentiellement élevé de tâches, de requêtes et d’appels en lien avec les vérifications relatives à la connaissance du client.
Expérience et compétences requises
- Expérience en intégration de clients et en examens périodiques
- Éloquence et minutie
- Bonnes compétences en recherche et en analyse
- Excellentes compétences en communication et maîtrise de Microsoft Office

An exciting opportunity is available to join ADP as a Know Your Client (KYC) Assistant, playing an integral part in facilitating the KYC checks for our Canadian Money Movement payment service solution.
As one of the main contacts for prospect clients, you will need to have excellent communication skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and strictly abide by the no tip off FINTRAC requirement. It will be your responsibility to guide prospective clients through ADP’s client review process and ensure information and documents are obtained which satisfy internal requirements. This role gives you the opportunity to connect with internal stakeholders and prospective clients. Duties and responsibilities
- Onboard Clients. You’ll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each potential client, ensuring their documentation meets required standards, assisting them with any questions they may have, and collaborating with them and internal groups to address any gaps.
- Partner Internally.You will interact/collaborate with ADP associates in FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management), and various other client facing groups, ensuring prospective client details are accurate and made available on a timely basis, acting as a partner to address any missing information with the prospect.
- Multi-Task & Communicate. You will work on multiple time-sensitive onboarding tasks and queries. You will share essential information with clients and internal teams.
- You will adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a potentially high volume of tasks, queries and calls relating to KYC checks.
Experience and skills required:
- Client onboarding/periodic reviews experience
- Articulate with an attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills
