En tant que Spécialiste en chef d’implantation, Paie vous participerez à la création, à partir de zéro, d’une solution SIRH pour tous types d’entreprises. Il vous sera demandé d’utiliser vos compétences analytiques pour concevoir, configurer, tester et livrer la solution SIRH parfaite pour vos clients.
Chaque jour, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec vos clients afin d’apprendre et de comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux, d’analyser leurs systèmes existants, leurs exigences en matière d’interface et leurs processus interne; pour guider et orienter vos clients vers la meilleure solution pour leurs besoins commerciaux uniques.
Pour vous épanouir dans cette fonction, vous devez être à l’aise dans un environnement complexe aux multiples facettes. Vous êtes désireux.se d’apprendre en continu et de vous adapter à un produit en constante évolution. Vous avez une aisance avec les clients qui permet d’établir des relations fortes, de créer un climat de confiance, cela tout en maintenant professionnalisme exemplaire. Au téléphone comme à l’écrit, votre style de communication est simple mais complet, ce qui facilite la compréhension pour nos clients. Vous devez également apporter un soutien total au client afin de garantir son engagement tout au long de la mise en œuvre. Une cadence élevée vous effraie pas. Ce faisant, vous aurez un impact réel sur les entreprises à travers tout le pays et vous serez fier.ière des taux de satisfaction de vos clients.

As a Payroll, Lead Implementation Specialist, you will participate in the creation, from scratch, of a HCM solutions for all types of business. You will be asked to use your analytical skills to design, configure, test and deliver the perfect HCM solution for your clients.
Every day, you will partner with clients to learn and understand their business needs; analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; and guide and drive clients towards the best solution for their unique business needs.
