WAT GA JE DOEN: Verantwoordelijkheden
Op 1 september 2025 start ADP met de Payroll Academy. Dit is een gericht opleidings- en inwerktraject om te worden klaargestoomd tot Payroll Professional. Gedurende een periode van twaalf maanden draai je mee binnen een team van specialisten en wordt jou – ook middels de inzet van een buddy –de fijne kneepjes van het mooie Payroll-vakgebied bijgebracht. Tegelijkertijd volg je diverse vakgerichte (interne) opleidingen, waaronder het Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL).
Zodra het opleidings- en inwerktraject succesvol is afgerond begint jouw carrière als Payroll Professional pas echt! Uiteraard biedt ADP verdere doorgroeimogelijkheden voor de lange termijn, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
OM SUCCES VOL TE ZIJN IN DEZE ROL: Gevraagde kwalificaties
Gaat jouw hart sneller kloppen van het idee om een belangrijke schakel te zijn in de succesvolle verwerking van het meest ‘bedrijfs-kritieke’ aspect: Payroll? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou, zeker als je ook aan onderstaande criteria voldoet:
• Boekhoudkundige, financiële of administratieve studieachtergrond of werkervaring is een pré;
• Je bent cijfermatig en communicatief sterk onderlegd, en daarnaast gemotiveerd, dienstverlenend en klantgericht;
• Je beschikt over de absolute wil om als Payroll Professional een duurzaam dienstverband met ADP aan te gaan;
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
