En tant que directeur ou directrice des Services à la clientèle de Comptes majeurs, Marché haut de gamme de HRO, vous utiliserez votre expertise en matière d’exploitation, de stratégie et de leadership pour guider de multiples équipes, tout en assurant l’efficacité des activités et en veillant à offrir un environnement de travail productif et agréable aux employés.
Le directeur ou la directrice des Services à la clientèle de Comptes majeurs, Marché haut de gamme de HRO gère les activités de l’un des plus grands secteurs d’activité, qui connaît la croissance la plus importante, génère les profits les plus élevés et produit le plus de revenus au sein d’ADP Canada. Cette personne aura la responsabilité de soutenir la croissance du secteur d’activité, d’exécuter le plan stratégique et d’offrir un service optimal aux clients de Comptes majeurs, Marché haut de gamme de HRO.
En étroite collaboration avec des pairs de diverses fonctions au sein du segment Comptes majeurs et Comptes nationaux et à l’échelle des segments de HRO, le ou la titulaire de ce poste favorisera la réussite et l’expansion grâce à des améliorations liées à l’efficacité et à la qualité, à l’intégration des divers services et à la fidélisation et au perfectionnement des associés. En tant que directeur ou directrice, cette personne élaborera et exécutera les stratégies opérationnelles globales visant à assurer la prestation efficace de services optimaux à la clientèle. Cela comprend la gestion des relations avec les clients.

The Director, Client Services Majors Upmarket HRO, runs the operations of one of our largest, highest growth, highest profit, highest revenue businesses in ADP Canada. They are responsible for supporting the business growth, executing the strategic plan, and deliver optimal service to our Majors Upmarket HRO Clients.
Working cohesively with peers cross functionally, within the Majors and Nationals segment and across HRO segments, the incumbent will drive both success and expansion through efficiency and quality improvements. inter-departmental integration as well as associate retention and development. As a director, they plan and conduct the overall operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of optimal service to the client base. This includes managing client relations.
