Résumé :
Sous la direction du vice-président ou de la vice-présidente du marketing, le ou la gestionnaire bilingue du marketing orienté vers le client se trouvera au cœur d’un écosystème essentiel et agira à titre de stratège axé(e) sur le public, de défenseur(e) des droits des clients et de narrateur(-rice). Cette personne doit posséder des aptitudes exceptionnelles en gestion du marketing, en orientation client et en collaboration intergroupes. Elle élaborera des stratégies/tactiques visant à atteindre les prévisions en matière de revenus au sein de la division canadienne du marketing. Cela comprend la création de stratégies et de programmes de marketing intégré liés à l’identité de marque, au positionnement d’un produit ou de la division, à la communication des lancements de produits, à la normalisation des communications à l’échelle du marché, à la mise en marché de réseau, aux salons professionnels et aux congrès, au publipostage, au matériel d’aide à la vente ou de formation, aux relations publiques, aux séminaires, aux programmes incitatifs, à la gestion d’événements et à la gestion des agences/fournisseurs.

Summary:
Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Bilingual Client Marketing Manager will sit at the center of a critical ecosystem and act as an audience strategist, customer advocate, and storyteller. This person requires exceptional capabilities in marketing management, customer-centricity and cross-group collaboration. They will be developing strategies/tactics to achieve revenue projections for the Canadian Marketing Division. This includes strategy and integrated marketing program development for brand identity, product/division positioning, communication of product launches, standardized market-wide communications, channel marketing, trade shows and conferences, direct mail, sales support/training materials, public relations, seminars, incentive programs, event management and agency/vendor management.
