Twój zakres obowiązków
fakturowanie klientów
wsparcie administrowania systemem do fakturowania Abacus i aktualizacja cen i danych klientów
udział w finansowym zamknięciu miesiąca
przygotowywanie raportów przychodowych
analiza należności, kontakt z klientami w sprawie niezapłaconych faktur i rozbieżności w płatnościach
przygotowanie, weryfikacja i archiwizacja dokumentacji
współpraca z księgowością oraz działami operacyjnymi
Nasze wymagania
doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
wykształcenie minimum średnie (mile widziane wyższe)
swoboda w pracy z komputerem, w szczególności z Excelem
dobra organizacja pracy, terminowość, dokładność i samodzielność
zaangażowanie, komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole
