En tant que Consultant(e) SIRH, vous aurez pour mission la gestion d’un portefeuille clients et serez en charge du paramétrage de la paie et de la DSN (Déclaration sociale nominative) des clients.
Votre responsabilité consiste à garantir l’excellence du service et la satisfaction client.

Ce que vous allez faire : Vos Responsabilités
Accompagner nos clients, les faire monter en compétence sur les outils, partager avec eux les meilleures pratiques et trouver des solutions pour répondre à leurs besoins.
Analyser leurs demandes, les transmettre aux experts SIRH pour qu’ils réalisent les modifications
Pour réussir dans ce rôle : Qualifications requises
Formation : De formation supérieure s en Informatique ou RH.
Compétences techniques : Paramétrage de SIRH, Connaissances générales d’un SIRH (Paie, GAP ou GTA)
Positif et autonome. Vous êtes optimiste et persévérant(e) ; vous savez gérer votre temps et présenter vos idées de manière claire et professionnelle
Apprentissage continu. Vous apprenez toujours de nouvelles choses, vous vous développez et vous travaillez sur l’amélioration continue.
Travail en équipe. Vous êtes apte à participer à l’atteinte des objectifs partagés, à collaborer avec les autres et à privilégier la réussite du groupe.
Esprit d’innovation. Vous sortez des sentiers battus et transformez les problèmes en solutions, les idées en actions et les plans en résultats et vous êtes prêt à tout type de changement.
Sens de la relation Client: Vous êtes empathique, à l’écoute et trouver des solutions aux demandes de vos clients.
