Relevant du vice-président de Risques et conformité d’ADP Canada, le Responsable de Conformité Règlementaire est chargé d’identifier et de surveiller l’évolution des lois et des exigences réglementaires susceptibles d’avoir une incidence sur nos activités commerciales, y compris nos produits et nos offres, et de travailler en collaboration avec les principaux intervenants de toutes les fonctions commerciales d’ADP Canada afin de mettre en œuvre et d’exécuter tous les changements nécessaires.

Ce que vous ferez : Responsabilités
Ce à quoi vous pouvez vous attendre au cours d’une journée type :
- Surveiller les sources d’information externes afin d’identifier, d’évaluer et de rendre compte des développements juridiques et réglementaires pertinents affectant notre activité et nos solutions, y compris la paie, le temps et la présence, l’administration des avantages sociaux et d’autres questions de conformité liées aux ressources humaines.
- Informer, aider et conseiller les principales parties prenantes de l’entreprise sur la nature et la portée des développements réglementaires et des exigences de conformité applicables à nos produits et à nos offres ; travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe juridique d’ADP Canada, le cas échéant.
- Préparer des résumés législatifs clairs, opportuns et solides des développements à l’intention des parties prenantes internes.
- Collaborer avec les principales équipes interfonctionnelles qui sont collectivement responsables de déterminer l’applicabilité et l’impact des changements sur les opérations et les solutions d’ADP, et d’établir les plans d’action nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de ces changements réglementaires.
Les autres responsabilités sont les suivantes
- Diriger la coordination des experts internes en la matière et des principales parties prenantes de l’entreprise nécessaires à l’exécution opérationnelle réussie des exigences de conformité.
- Développer des processus organisationnels et des outils de soutien, y compris des mécanismes de suivi.
- Travailler en partenariat avec les principales fonctions de soutien, notamment la communication, le service juridique, le PMO et le marketing, afin de garantir la réussite de l’exécution opérationnelle des exigences en matière de conformité.
POUR RÉUSSIR DANS CETTE FONCTION: Exigences
- Vous êtes titulaire d’une Baccalauréat, de préférence en commerce, en fiscalité, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe, et vous avez au moins 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la conformité réglementaire. Une expérience préalable dans le secteur de la gestion du capital humain est un atout indéniable.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de recherche et de rédaction juridiques et réglementaires, avec une capacité à articuler et à communiquer la portée des réglementations en matière de conformité aux parties prenantes de l’entreprise.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite et d’organisation.
- Un grand souci du détail et une capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais critiques.
- Compétences avérées en matière d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Vous devez avoir de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et être capable d’interagir efficacement avec tous les niveaux de la hiérarchie ; vous devez être capable d’influencer et d’établir une crédibilité avec les cadres supérieurs.
- Connaissances et expérience approfondies en matière de paie et de ressources humaines. La certification de L’Institut National de la paie (INP) est un atout indéniable.

Reporting into the Vice President of Risk and Compliance, ADP Canada, the Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for identifying and monitoring developments in laws and regulatory requirements that may impact our business operations, including our products and offerings, and working collaboratively with key stakeholders across all ADP Canada business functions to implement and execute all necessary changes.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Monitoring external information sources to identify, assess, and report on relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting our business and solutions, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and other human resources related compliance matters.
- Informing, assisting and advising key business stakeholders on the nature and scope of any regulatory developments and compliance requirements applicable to our products and offerings; working closely with the ADP Canada legal team, as appropriate.
- Prepare clear, timely and robust legislative summaries of developments for internal business stakeholder consumption.
- Collaborating with core cross-functional teams that are collectively accountable for determining the applicability and impact of changes to ADP’s operations and solutions, and establishing the action plans necessary to implement such regulatory changes.
Additional accountabilities include:
- Lead coordinator of internal subject-matter experts and key business stakeholders necessary for successful operational execution of compliance requirements.
- Develop organizational processes and supporting tools, including tracking mechanisms.
- Partner with key enabling support functions, including Communication, Legal, PMO, Marketing among others, to ensure successful operational execution of compliance requirements.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Tax, Accounting, or related area of concentration, and a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant regulatory compliance experience. Prior experience in the human capital management industry is a definite asset.
- Excellent legal and regulatory research and writing skills, with an ability to articulate and communicate the scope of compliance regulations to business stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
- Proven analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with all levels of management; ability to influence and establish credibility with senior executives.
- Deep payroll and HR knowledge & experience. Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) certification is a definite asset.
