Expert Fonctionnel SIRH PAIE H/F
Au sein du service client DECIDIUM Grandes Entreprises, vous représentez le cœur d’expertise Paie dans le cadre de notre engagement de service PROCESSING.
Votre mission se décline sur six enjeux majeurs :
- Au sein du collectif d’Experts Fonctionnel SIRH Paie DGE, vous réceptionnez les demandes de nos clients (ADPeService) ayant fait l’objet d’une qualification préalable de criticité et d’une analyse de cadrage par les Consultants Fonctionnel SIRH. Vous devenez propriétaire des demandes et en charge de leur traitement dès lors qu’une intervention nécessite un travail d’analyse et de paramétrage approfondi, justifiant d’un temps et d’une disponibilité renforcée.
- Vous êtes en contact direct avec un client dès lors qu’un ticket ou qu’un plan d’action thématique (refonte de cotisations,…) le concernant vous est confié, et pour la durée définie de sa résolution. Ainsi, le client a votre contact téléphonique et est susceptible d’être en interaction directe avec vous le temps de cette résolution. Vous portez la livraison et la recette du point traité.
- Votre mission se déroule au sein du collectif d’Experts Fonctionnel SIRH Paie DGE par pôle de service. Les demandes vous sont affectées dans le cadre d’un groupe Siebel partagé et selon un capacity planning collectif. Vous contribuez à une performance de gestion quantitative et qualitative collective et contribuez avec vos collègues Experts à définir le standard de performance à attendre, au regard des exigences des clients internes et finaux et de la nature de votre activité.
- Votre activité de traitement des demandes en termes d’analyse détaillée, de préconisation de solutions et de paramétrage s’appuie sur des options de traitement capitalisant sur la proposition de valeur de l’offre modélisée ADP DECIDIUM GE et sur la volonté de retenir des solutions de paramétrage au plus proche des modèles de paramétrage préconisés par ADP et des besoins fonctionnels finaux du client.
- Votre contribution, au sein du modèle de service DECIDIUM GE est prioritairement orientée sur la performance de gestion du backlog de demandes de paramétrage PAIE de nos clients (qualitativement et quantitativement) et la recherche d’une performance de gestion de ce backlog mesurable et en progression continue.
- Vous contribuez également au respect de la politique de release Modèle mensuelle applicable au parc-clients DECIDIUM GE.
