GV CS Project Manager
At ADP, the world’s largest payroll services provider, we are looking for a talented Project Manager who is interested in leading projects within Client Service such as: Transition to Service (T2S), Service Delivery Management for strategic clients, Migration Project Management for new system rollout, cross country coordination for configuration requests, Escalation project
You will plan, monitor and manage the delivery of projects and clients’ configuration change requests to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets. Come and join us to build your career journey in Client Service with ADP in Prague.
Your Role
• Work on one or more of the following project roles within CS such as: Transition to Service (T2S), Service Delivery Manager for strategic clients, Migration PM new system rollout, cross country coordinator for configuration requests, Escalation project manager.
• Manage project’s scope and day-to-day operations to ensure successful delivery of project scope in agreed timelines
• Serve as an escalation point for issues impacting project success which require resolution
• Lead inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks
• Coordinate the resolution of client multi-country change requests and collaborate with Project Services as required
• Occasionally coordinate the rollout of internal initiatives within Application Support
• Contribute to the administration and development of Application Services tools (EVA, Knowledge Base, Transition to Service SharePoint…), in collaboration with the Regional Process Owner for Application Support
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• L2/L3/L4 Consultant or Senior/Lead payroll specialist or Project manager with experience in leading projects
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to project management methodology
• Ability to facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings involving international parties, and internal as well as external clients
• International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment
• Strong command of English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Communication skills – Communicate clearly and accurately with other departments
• Knowledge of ADP organization
• SAP Payroll and HR modules, functionality and configuration are preferred
