Un(e) Expert Fonctionnel SIRH Paie – ADP Link H/F
La BU National Accounts – Managed Services recherche un(e) Expert Fonctionnel SIRH Paie pour intégrer les équipes gérant les réglementaires de Paie des SIRH des clients Adp Link sur le périmètre MS.
Il/Elle intégrera une équipe de 10 collaborateurs en France et en Tunisie et sera rattaché(e) au Responsable des Opérations des Comptes Zadig NA MS (Grands comptes).
Il/Elle sera chargée de réaliser la maintenance évolutive des réglementaires de clients, de la mise en oeuvre des évolutions légales et des accords d’entreprise. Il/Elle sera en relation avec les clients, les équipes, les Responsables de Comptes et les experts fonctionnels GAP, et GTA.
Vos missions principales sont :
– De répondre aux demandes d’assistance et de conseil des équipes MS et du client sur le paramétrage de leurs paies
– De gérer les priorités des demandes paie
– De participer à l’estimation des charges et à la planification des demandes
– D’analyser, paramétrer et tester les évolutions des réglementaires des Clients (avec les outils de paramétrage ADP Link) conformément aux besoins exprimés par les clients et aux évolutions légales
– De respecter les dates de livraison convenues et un haut niveau de qualité
– D’accompagner les clients et les équipes MS dans la validation des évolutions livrées
Vous disposez d’une expérience minimum de 2/4 ans dans l’expertise paie sur le périmètre de Zadig.
Savoirs :
– connaissances fonctionnelles du domaine paie
– connaissances de Zadig et PPC
– connaissances fonctionnelles du domaine de la gestion des temps et des activités seraient un plus
Savoirs-faire :
– Sens du service : implication et respect des engagements pris
– Agilité : savoir gérer des projets en parallèle en tenant compte des urgences de production
