ADP uses a hybrid model, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

Job Purpose:
ADP is hiring a Director, Internal and Client Communications. In this role, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly visible professional to lead our communications strategy and execution across multiple channels, audiences, and platforms. In this high volume and fast paced environment, this leader will help elevate the voice of our organization, partnering directly with senior executives to craft presentations and messaging that inspire action and reflect our values and brand reputation.
In this position, the successful incumbent will oversee a talented, multi-location team (onshore and offshore) responsible for internal and client communications, internal events, multimedia content, and design management. This role will leverage various digital platforms, including online client communities, client webinars, and other resources, to enhance client engagement while ensuring that all communication initiatives align with ADP’s corporate standards and branding.

Le candidat ou la candidate retenu(e) supervisera une équipe talentueuse, en poste à divers endroits au Canada et à l’étranger, chargée des communications internes et avec la clientèle, des événements internes, du contenu multimédia et de la gestion du design graphique. Dans l’exercice de ses fonctions, le ou la titulaire exploitera diverses plateformes numériques, y compris les communautés de clients en ligne, les webinaires destinés aux clients et d’autres ressources, pour stimuler l’engagement de la clientèle tout en veillant à ce que toutes les initiatives de communication soient conformes aux normes générales et à l’image de marque d’ADP.
