Rattaché (e) au VP France & Suisse, vous serez garant de la bonne réalisation de la paie ainsi que toutes les opérations administratives afférentes à la gestion des ressources humaines et les déclarations aux organismes sociaux pour une population de 2 000 personnes. Pour cela, vous encadrerez et animerez une équipe de 2 Gestionnaires de Paie, 1 Chargée d’études RH, 2 Chargées Ressources Humaines et 1 Alternante.
Vos principales missions seront de :
Piloter la Paie & les Charges Sociales :
- Gérer la paie en partie externalisée avec 1 Gestionnaire de Paie basée à Prague : préparer les éléments fixes et variables de la paie, établir les déclarations obligatoires et la DSN,
- Contrôler et réaliser les virements de salaires,
- Appliquer la réglementation de la convention collective SYNTEC et des accords d’entreprise,
- Suivre l’ensemble du processus de gestion des temps,
- Assurer les relations avec les organismes sociaux : mutuelle, URSSAF, CPAM, et caisse d’assurance retraite,
- Envoyer les données au service comptable sur certaines provisions et pièces justificatives à la clôture de chaque cycle de paie,
- Gérer les contrôles et audits.
Gérer l’Administration Ressources Humaines :
- Responsable du SIRH interne (Associate Central) : point de contact privilégié pour toutes les questions
- Suivre l’embauche et l’intégration des collaborateurs,
- Superviser la gestion des avenants de mobilité, télétravail, temps partiel
- Tenir à jour les dossiers administratifs de chaque salarié.
Assurer la coordination et le partage d’informations au sein de l’équipe et avec les autres fonctions RH.
Identifier et mettre en œuvre des leviers d’amélioration continue des processus Paie et Administration Ressources Humaines.
Contrôler la fiabilité des dossiers collaborateurs dans les systèmes RH.
Participer à des projets transverses au sein de l’équipe RH (projets internationaux
Profil recherché :
- Formation supérieure (ESC, Université), avec une expérience confirmée d’au moins 5 ans sur de la paie
- Maîtrise du logiciel de paie GlobalView SAP, de la gestion des temps ADP Time Connect et des outils SIRH serait un plus
- Maîtrise du pack office et des bases de données
- Anglais courant (environnement international)
