RESUMO DA VAGA
Nós estamos procurando por um Gerente de Negócios para os nossos contratos com empresas globais e multinacionais. O Gerente de Negócios será responsável pelo funil completo de vendas, atuando como hunter de clientes potenciais enterprise.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Desenvolver plano de negócios anual, determinando metas de vendas e ações para o atingimento da cota estabelecida; alcançar e superar cota através da carteira designada;
- Produzir um Relatório de Empresas a Prospectar em 120 Dias, o qual identifique empresas em potencial e as ações para fechamento de contrato;
- Assegurar gerenciamento, planejamento e feedbacks constantes a respeito da carteira de clientes;
- Identificar insatisfação dos clientes em relação aos produtos e serviços existentes e executar plano de ações a fim de resolver problemas e reter clientes;
- Gerar vendas para novos e atuais clientes enquanto garante alta satisfação.
REQUISITOS
- Experiência sênior como sales hunter nos segmentos de TI ou serviços
- Inglês avançado ou fluente;
- Experiência em atuação como hunter de novos logos
- Experiência com vendas complexas e ciclos de venda de pelo menos 6 meses para clientes Enterprise
- Formação superior completa
O modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é híbrido, sendo 3 dias de trabalho no escritório e 2 dias home-office.
