ADP (Automatic Data Processing) is hiring an Associate Implementation Consultant supporting the Global Workforce Management team within the GlobalView Business Unit.

As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Agile team, supporting the implementation of our solutions for multi-national clients.
You will work closely with experienced professionals who will guide you through the process, ensuring you gain valuable insights and skills.
In this position, you’ll leverage our top-raked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your always-growing expertise, to implement multi-national clients onto Workforce Manager, leading Global Workforce Solution. You provide support that makes our integrated solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis & Consultation:

Implement the client’s solution using ADP’s Implementation Methodology and the ADP GWFM products.
Be the main point of contact for anything Integration-related, for the client and for ADP project teams.
Perform workshops to gather information on the client’s requirements.
Design and document the client’s solution, including business requirements, interface specifications, and any other specifications required according to ADP’s methodology and project scope.
Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirements and ADP GWFM and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.
Analysis activities in order to define the specifications for the effective construction of information systems, likely to meet the requirements of users

Integration & Testing:

Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including reconciliation.
Being able to support training delivery and when required update training manuals, preparing training systems and conducting training sessions.
Provide guidance in preparing test scripts to enable clients to adequately test the solution.
Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
Responsible for achieving estimated days as per fixed price strategy.
Ensure that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule, such as Blueprints, specifications, BP reviews, Configuration Audits and configuration documentation.
Ensure timely handover to client services following ADP handover methodology.

Project Planning / Management Activities:

Minimize ADP’s exposure to risk while focusing on appropriate application of the GWFM product to maximize value to the client.
Demonstrate proactive participation in Implementation Team forums, contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions. Seek to act as a mentor and actively support fellow team members in an effort to develop their respective skills.
Liaise with the ADP Project Manager assigned to the project and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage / problems that may occur.
Escalate project issues to Project Manager including scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project.
Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities for members of the Implementation Team, this can include informal on-the-job training to facilitating formal training courses.
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of key implementation strategies such as the ADP implementation methodology.
Knowledge of support methodologies including usage of an Issue tracking process.
Keep clients blueprints, configuration worksheets, client specific configuration documentation and training material if any up to date.
Liaise with internal groups including GTS, Hosting, Client Services, Project Management and Product Management to ensure that client’s receive the highest levels of client service.
Perform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client’s system.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Accounting or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent in training).

Languages:

English C1
and (one or more of following EU languages):
German B2-C1
French B2-C1
Italian C1
Spanish C1

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation / training / demonstrations.
Client focused, demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.

[JULIANNA, CENTRIC, DISTRICT MANAGER] My job first out of college was a sales job. I was definitely not given the right tools for success.

[ROMARR, ASSOCIATE SALES MANAGER] First job out of college, I did some consulting with my fraternity. Loved it. It was great. The pay wasn't exactly the greatest. And I wanted to come back to my hometown. ADP was just kind of a way to get back here, make a little bit more money. It was not supposed to be a be-all, end-all situation.

[CAT, VICE PRESIDENT, ADP] I actually worked for a competitor. So I had been in the industry for about five years before coming to ADP. And I had an acquaintance that worked for ADP. And she had gotten promoted, and reached out to me and said, I need you to come work for me. And I kind of laughed it off because I had been doing well working for my competitor.

[CHRISTOPHER, SALE EXECUTIVE, ADP] Graduated high school at 18. Immediately joined the Air Force, where I spent four years. I joined the Air National Guard, did another six years there. And then subsequently became a police officer. My career kind of got cut short there, so I took some time off. I went to school full-time in my 30s. And then ultimately took a job with ADP.

[LAUREN, SALES EXECUTIVE, ADP] I'd worked in the start-up space for a while. So I had some sales experience, but never with an established company.

[JULIANNA] I was just looking on LinkedIn, and I saw the opening for ADP Outside Sales. And I was like, you know what? I'm just going to do it. And I am so, so thankful that I took that plunge.

[ROMARR] I just fell in love with the atmosphere. Coming from an athletic background, the sales environment and the culture that's built at ADP, it motivates you to always want to win. There is always an opportunity for you to be coached to be better. That's what's kept me, now going into my sixth year.

[CAT] I love payroll. I love HCM. And for me, to work for the best of the best, work for the culture that is ADP, it was literally a no-brainer.

[CHRISTOPHER] When I initially got hired by ADP, I had wanted to get into sales previously. And to find an entry-level position in sales that was going to give you all the tools that you needed with really competitive compensation, ADP was it. I didn't know much about ADP at the time, but I found out quickly, within my first few weeks, that the culture was magnificent. The people were just unbelievable. The training program was second-to-none. They really set you up for success from day one.

[LAUREN] Sometimes I'm asked, why have you stayed at ADP so long? I firmly believe that the grass is greener where you water it. And I think that ADP has provided me a safe space to be able to cultivate my career, be able to grow, be able to push myself and challenge myself. And for anyone that's looking to start their sales career, I would absolutely recommend working at ADP.
