Your Role & Responsibilities
Supporting our entity in Germany as a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role as acting senior advisor of an assigned business unit, working with managers and their teams to achieve the organizational goals, people strategy, and business targets according to the strategic plan and performance targets.
You will influence our managers to focus on managing resources, succession planning, learning and development, talent management, and improving staff engagement. It’s a busy, multi-faceted role and you will need to demonstrate that you have experience in dealing with a wide range of employee relations issues, including absences, change management, and performance management.
As an excellent communicator, you will have to deliver HR knowledge and initiatives to employees and managers and will have the ability to coach and support individuals within our business.
