Role Objective
Within CSL implementation organization we are looking for an Implementation Strategic Initiatives Manager primarily responsible for driving strategic and transformational CSL/ESI projects and services, from initiation to planning, executing, controlling throughout closure to ensure successful outcomes have been achieved and transferred to normal operations.

He/she will work closely with stakeholders from across the wider business within implementation (both Program and Global Delivery, Support or Client Preparation), including Product and technology/tool development teams, counterparts across Sales, Partner Network, Client Services, Client Success and Finance, as well as colleagues within other ADP business units. He /She will take a consultative approach and will engage with the right the experts through questions, PoC (Proof of Concepts) structures, scenarios and frameworks to deliver new solutions to address existing problems or improve the delivery.
The role holder is accountable for ensuring the implementation function is represented from early concept of feature design to full deployment and BAU, and will be responsible to identify the potential impacts of the project on current deployed implementation methodology and productivity, in any of the steps from Sales Order to T2S to subsequent processes. He/She will act as the main PoC for implementation in relation to the Project, and will collaborate closely across the business, defining mechanisms and ways to jointly work for the wider success of the project. He/She will ensure that the process defined is scalable, can be standardized, measured and it fits overall the fundamentals of the implementation methodology.
The nature of these Strategic Projects will vary to the needs of the business, but may include major transformation projects as well as new service or product offerings for clients.
II. Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities
· Lead and drive transformation Program / Projects within Implementation CSL with the right experts from Program / Project
· Participate in projects/ initiatives in ESI/CSL as main Implementation SPOC, engaging with implementation SMEs where required to ensure that new product features / offers/ initiatives that are being designed can be deployed within CSL implementation.
· Shape the initiative planning with an Outcome focused mindset, with the ability to deliver incremental value on the solution by working with business experts to outline and execute on the solution, through a consultative approach on establishing
· Ability to leverage business data points (efficiency, quality, ..) to provide insights and facilitate decision-making on solution execution and priorities
· Define the appropriate project activities to be conducted to successfully drive the project/initiatives, from initial assessment, to workshop sessions, and the definition of deployment activities.
· Conduct Change Impact Assessments for each of the project/initiatives to properly define specific actions and process adjustments,
· Partner with Learning & Knowledge function for business readiness activities and to jointly define the measurement strategy for adoption
· Coordinate and (if required deliver) with the support of Learning and Knowledge Management implementation readiness activities to ensure adoption of the new projects in the Implementation team, reinforcement activities, trainings, create documentation, collaterals, communication,,
· Execute or control (depending on role on initiative) regular Program / Project Management activities: Communication on status to right stakeholders, risk and issue management…
· Ensure all deliverables are assessed for readiness and impact to BAU, and any financial impacts (resource, productivity, volumes) are assessed and presented to SteerCo where applicable

III. Qualifications:
1. Experience/Skills
· Expert in Project Management Processes.
· Consulting experience: Consultative approach in addressing projects Senior stakeholder management.
· Ability to structure complex projects, and concepts, through frameworks to facilitate where required decision making
· Capability of making decisions and ability to work independently.
· Process improvement and solution-driven approach.
· Good understanding of Implementation methodology (not a must)
· Strong verbal and written communication skill, fluent in English
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others
· Excellent communications skills in a client (internal/external) facing context.
· Excellent Project management skills, organization and time management
· Ability to challenge
2. Education & Certification Requirements:
Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Master’s Degree
Major or Area of Concentration:
· Functional consulting or Project or program mgmt
Additional education or certification requirements:
· Desired PMI-PMP, Lean Six Sigma experience or certification
