ADP is hiring a Client Service & Product Support Specialist — Tax.

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in One Tax, within ADP’s Tax Operations division delivering quality, accurate, and timely results. You will provide support for Tax Filing processes and tools, while collaborating with internal support teams. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – The primary responsibility is to provide support and solutions to the filing teams. In addition, you will be tasked with a variety of projects to improve the efficiency and productivity of the organization.
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast paced and agile environment. To have the ability to facilitate meetings across the organization, building rapport and establishing trust. Your communication style should be clear and easy for our associates, partners and clients to understand. Have the capacity to quickly learn technical and data elements of the Tax System.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $15.82 – $32.07 / Hour
