Senior Payroll Specialist
We are currently looking for a talented English and French speaker to join our Payroll team in Prague. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working with numbers, working in team and resolving issues. You will get the chance to manage by following procedures agreed with the clients. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll for ADP’s clients.
What exactly will you be doing?
- Reviewing and processing client’s payrolls records (current employees, new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, wage changes, transfers etc.)
- Ensuring that all payroll, accounting and auxiliary system requirements are met (e.g., tax filings, banking requirements, wage garnishments, benefits, stock and pension keeping)
- Following established service level agreements and deadlines for payroll processing
- Responsibility for running appropriate reports, analyzing data and determining necessary corrective actions
- Effectively applying client payroll policies and procedures
- Managing the payroll calendar to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with client deadlines
- Utilizing CRM ticketing systems to track, manage, and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in French client Payroll
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze and manage payroll data effectively
- Strong capability to work collaboratively in teams and lead end-to-end payroll processes
- Experience with CRM ticketing systems to manage client requests and issues efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple deadlines
- Good understanding of French payroll legal requirements and regulations
