Sales Manager – Mid Market
JOB PURPOSE:
With full scope to sell across ADP’s Payroll and HR solutions, this role also provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales leaders to orchestrate true, global conversations with organisations. You will work as part of the leadership team and with your sales team to define individual territory plans, focusing on new prospects in the Nordics. You inherit an established, but growing sales team. The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; it could be a 3-5 month process with 3/4 stakeholders, at €50-100,000 in year 1 revenue for a local only offering. Equally, it could be a longer, more complex, multi solution or country solution at several times the value.
