Un(e) Chef de Projet SIRH (GTA) H/F
Membre d’une équipe projet multi-domaines, en collaboration avec le Directeur de Projet et les autres membres
de l’équipe, vous serez responsable du paramétrage de la Gestion des Temps et Activités (GTA). Vous assurerez
l’ensemble de la mise en place depuis la phase d’analyse avec le client jusqu’à la mise en production. Vous veillerez
à la satisfaction du client, tout en respectant nos obligations et limites contractuelles. Pour cela, vos principales
missions seront de :
✓ Respecter les méthodes et process en conformité avec le système d’informations DGE
✓ Animer les réunions d’analyses et rédige le dossier d’analyse et les comptes rendus
✓ Paramétrer la partie « paie » du SIRH en collaboration avec des équipes de back office.
✓ Accompagner le client lors de la phase des tests.
✓ Assister le client dans la production de sa paie et déclaratifs en phase de déploiement
✓ Réaliser la recette projet sur son domaine
De Formation supérieure Bac + 3 minimum, vous disposez d’une expérience minimum de 3 ans sur un poste
similaire.
Votre expérience vous a permis de développer votre connaissance de la paie ou de la GTA, de maitriser le paramétrage dans le respect du modèle et de connaitre la législation de la GTA et ses évolutions. Vous savez
également gérer des projets.
Votre aisance relationnelle, votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, votre sens de l’écoute et votre orientation client sont des atouts indéniables pour réussir sur ce poste.
Un anglais opérationnel est indispensable.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir.
