Senior Business Consultant (Pre-sales)
JOB PURPOSE:
ADP ESI is seeking to recruit a Senior Business Consultant based in Germany to support the expansion of MNC solutions through pre-sales activities.
In this pre-sales position, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ADP service expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges particularly related to Payroll and Absence Management and integration with Core HR solutions to the other multinational ADP offerings.
In this position you will support the multi-country sales teams through the sales process, supporting customers through the proof of concept and transition to the implementation and service teams.
The successful candidate will also develop effective sales strategies with the multi-country sales force, discussing Time Management product requirements with customers and analysing competitors’ actions in the market.
