ADP is hiring a Lead Generation Sales Representative.

In this position, you will be responsible for setting prospect appointments, generating qualified sales leads for our field sellers, and advancing those appointments into viable sales opportunities. Your target clients are established businesses with 25-49 employees, or what we refer to as “upmarket.” As part of the broader ADP Sales Team, you will use the latest digital technology to conduct your work–no travel required. Don’t worry if you have no prior sales experience; we are known for our high-quality sales training and will teach you how to use the latest sales technology to set you up for success.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Generate qualified sales opportunities(QSOs) based on criteria defined by the sales team.
- Reach or exceed daily quotas for dials, conversations, talk time and QSO production.
- Follow business processes and use toolssuch as Salesforce.com (CRM), Eloqua (email campaign and prospect tracking), Contractual (auto-dialing), referral processing systems, and other related tools.
- Nurture cooperative relationshipswith ADP sales teams.
- Support the Inside Sales forceand assist in the closing process.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- A strong interest in building a career in sales
- Proficiency in PC and web-based applications
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
- Outstanding problem solving and time management skills
- Goal oriented, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed daily quotas
- Comfortable working in a highly structured environment with intense training
- A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is $15.00 – $28.27 / Hour*
