Spannende Aufgaben erwarten dich
- Durchführung von Kick-Off-Meetings und Koordination von Projektterminen (remote) sowie regelmäßige Telefonkonferenzen mit unseren Kunden
- Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Erstellung eines maßgeschneiderten Lohn- und Gehaltskonzeptes
- Leitung und Organisation von Projektmanagementaufgaben, inklusive der Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten
- Kontrolle der Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche sämtlicher Projektmeilensteine und Verantwortung für die Prozesse, die dem Projekt vorgelagert oder nachgelagert sind
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Einweisungen für unsere Kunden zu den einzelnen Modellen
- Unterstützung beim Go-Live und Betreuung der Kunden im Echtlauf
- Sales-Unterstützung bei Kundenprojekten und Durchführung interner Schulungen für das Sales-Team
- Gewinnung von Referenzkunden durch erfolgreiche Implementierung
Was dich auszeichnet
Fachliche Anforderungen:
- IT-Affinität sowie fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Personalwirtschaft
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit Abrechnungssystemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Erfahrung in der Parametrierung von Lohn- und/oder Zeitarten (wünschenswert aber nicht erforderlich)
