In this role, you will… manage the learning systems and support all users of ADP learning systems. You will be proactive and contact users before the training to control all the requirements and help them to connect to our systems.
You will administrate our Learning Management System and work closely with the project manager in improvement projects. You will maintain up to date our LMS and create new features into or LMS based on request or evolution.
As part of this role, you will also work with users to fix issues and provide a support to the learning team, be the first point of contact between ADP and our provider and the learning team and our learners. You will participate meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
You will integrate a mature support structure.
You will assist in reporting to aid the team in forecasting workload and provide reporting.
What you’ll do: Responsibilities
Maintain learning technologies operations
- Be the main point of contact for learning technologies providers (DEFI, XPERTEAM) for daily operations
- Follow up with users and providers on tickets raised or malfunctions of the systems
- Ensure efficient and reliable systems interfaces
- Aid in providing dashboard and report needed for business
- Ensure that the different platforms are updated by the different contributors according to standards
- Customize the LMS platform according to our needs
- Maintain our LMS up to date
- Realize test on our staging environment
- Work closely with the training team and project manager in LMS improvement project
- Be proactive to provide solutions
Partner with Stakeholders
- Actively listen, understand and respond to stakeholders
- Provide regular status updates to business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Obtain approvals on project change requests so all stakeholders are informed of the impacts
- Participate to weekly meeting with our provider / CSM to review the ticket
- Participate to weekly and monthly team meeting
- Provide regular reporting
Assist users of the systems
- Help participant to connect to the training session.
- Help Learning consultant when they meet difficulties to reach the training session
- Helpline / pre control the requirements with the participants before the training
- Categorize each phone call to provide reporting
- Be proactive and organize workshop to control with the participant the connection process
- Create tickets to report malfunctions
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
- Fluent in French (you will work only in French)
- Good communication skills
- English is a plus
- Ability to find solutions
- Ability to summarize and report issue
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Collaborative approach to work
- Good knowledge with Microsoft office tools
- Be proactive to propose solutions
