Position Description
This specific position is for the GlobalView to RISE program. The ADP GlobalView, a global solution built on the SAP platform, servicing millions of employees across forty-four countries, is undergoing a major upgrade to SAP RISE / S4HANA technology. The ADP ESI Migration Factory team plays a crucial role in preparing, validating, and executing key steps within this process.
We are seeking ESI Migration Factory Consultants at three skill and experience levels to join our team for the largest-ever SAP-based Payroll migration to SAP RISE. Each level will play a vital role in this transformation process, with tailored training provided to support their development.
The Consultant position is available in three levels:
1. Entry Level ESI Migration Factory Consultant
This position is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in SAP. We will provide comprehensive SAP training to equip you with the necessary skills for the migration process. Key responsibilities include:
a. Assist in the migration process from SAP HCM to SAP RISE.
b. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements.
c. Participate in training sessions to build foundational SAP knowledge.
2. Associate Level ESI Migration Factory Consultant
This role is for candidates with prior experience in SAP HCM. We will offer additional training to deepen your knowledge of SAP Payroll and enhance your contributions to the migration. Key responsibilities include:
a. Support the migration process and contribute to project goals.
b. Provide insights on SAP Payroll during the migration.
c. Collaborate with clients and team members to address technical challenges.
3. Senior Level ESI Migration Factory Consultant
This position is for seasoned professionals with extensive experience in SAP HCM. We will provide specific onboarding for the GlobalView ecosystem to ensure effective integration into the project. Key responsibilities include:
a. Lead specific aspects of the migration process, leveraging deep SAP knowledge.
b. Mentor junior team members and share expertise in SAP Payroll and GlobalView.
c. Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth transition and address complex challenges.
Experience/Skills:
• For all levels
o Passionate about building a long-term career within SAP Consultancy – Our successful consultants choose to stay with us
o Ability to analyze and resolve problems by working with our clients and other teams
o Communication skills – Communicate clearly and accurately with other departments and clients who may not understand the technical language we speak
o Proficient command of the English language – Our Academy is being held in English
o Experience in any IT-related field with an aptitude for solving technical issues is an advantage
o Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy
• For Entry level
o Previous experience with SAP (HR modules) is considered a plus, but not a requirement
o Be curious – While our academy is instructor-led and sufficient support is provided, the nature of this role is ideal for people with a drive and appetite for more knowledge
• For Associate Level
o End user or consultant experiences with SAP Payroll and Time
• For Senior Level
o 5+ years’ experience in a SAP HR module
o Basic orientation in ABAP to provide initial analysis in case of errors found
