In this role, you will work with an expert team, solve issues and be proactive
You will contribute to the participant’s training registration process, and you will be available during his training journey.
You will also ensure that all the information’s are correct to allow learning consultant to deliver their training in good conditions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
• Participant’s registration process management
• Control & training session scheduling
• Control the learning consultant planning according to their skills
• Managing internal request
• Advice clients according to their training needs
• Build training plan
• Participate to the invoicing control
• Manage the shared mailbox
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
• Fluent in French (you will work only in French)
• Good communication skills
• English is a plus
• Ability to find solutions
· Ability to summarize and report issue
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
· Actively listen
· Good knowledge with Microsoft office tools
· Be proactive to propose solutions
