Employer Services International (ESI) is hiring a Lead Product Manager for Multi Country core payroll products. Core payroll products are part of the Multi Country Payroll product line which enables offering payroll services in 140+ countries and is the largest business within ESI. 

In this position, you will manage product roadmap and execution based on an understanding of client needs, market trends, and internal business needs to deliver products to achieve business objectives.  The person in this role will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from introduction, growth, maturity, and decommissioning/migration. The position reports to the Sr. Director, MCP Core Payroll Products.

Responsibilities:

• Help define, manage and execute individual product strategies and roadmaps. Partner with product leaders in ESI and across ADP’s portfolio of products, business stakeholders, and development teams at ADP.
• Identify product themes and initiatives based on market competitive analysis, client feedback and RFP requests to aid our product strategy and keep our market leading position.
• Define the vision for the end-to-end customer experience journey, for web and mobile, from sign-up, setup, to use, contextual and in-product help, partnering with our content, product management and experience design teams.
• Establish and help manage multiple product roadmap(s) and help show the cross product (portfolio) roadmap. Drive visibility to trade-offs among priorities, strategic bets and other considerations as applicable.
• Manage products across lifecycle partnering with multiple functions; product development, launch readiness and launch, growth and adoption, optimization of mature products, sunset and migrations.
• Provide leadership support as needed through product presentations, reports, and other means.
• Measure product(s) effectiveness, identify trends, report outcomes and drive priorities to improve.
• Clearly be able to articulate the vision, strategies, priorities and desired outcomes with key partners across ADP.
• Leverage usability studies, business and product usage data, external industry trends, and metrics to generate insights.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years’ experience managing products using agile development methodology in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• 6+ years’ experience thinking creatively, showing passion and ability to identify and deliver new product innovation, ideally in the payroll space.
• HCM or Payroll domain expertise preferred.

• Proven ability to partner effectively across functions with the ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions.
• Patience and commitment, with proven ability to navigate complex environments though product expertise and leadership.
• Passion and dedication to delivering great outcomes through an awesome customer experience.
• Experience researching relevant industry trends, usage analytics, competitive pressures and applying to product strategy and roadmap.
• Strong analytical orientation and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to create a clear, concise presentation of findings, and effectively present to any level of the organization. Identify the critical few priorities and keep a cross-functional team focused on them.
