As a Sales Representative, National Accounts, you will be responsible for expanding ADP’s market share by promoting our cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large enterprises in a defined territory. Your expertise and dedication to building strong relationships with clients and prospects will be crucial to our success. Responsibilities include:

– Exceeding revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.

– Developing a business plan and creating robust pipelines for prospective clients.

– Utilizing various communication methods to source and engage potential clients.

– Collaborating with U.S. and Global National Accounts sales teams to identify joint client opportunities.

– Expanding your knowledge of ADP products and keeping up-to-date with competitors.

Qualifications:

– 10-15 years of sales experience.

– Proven ability to sell complex enterprise solutions to National Accounts.

– Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and prospecting into C-Suite.

– Exceptional persuasive communication skills.

– Familiarity with the industry and ADP’s competitors.

– Success in a team selling environment.

– Proficiency in CRM software.

– Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills.
