As a HRIS Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer requests through the maintenance of the Information System.

Your responsibility is to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do: Your Responsibilities

Smooth production flow:

• Collect customer requests for ADP information system upgrades.
• Analyze customer requests.
• Process corrective and evolutionary requests while respecting deadlines: continuously optimize payroll settings and business tools to automate payroll calculations.
• Carry out test sets and send them to clients for validation.
• Control the results obtained on the various deliverables.
• Contribute to the management of thematic projects or targeted action plans for a client.
• Accompany and advise your external and/or internal clients on any question concerning payroll, declarations, and tools.

Daily collaboration :

• Work with internal/external clients on a daily basis and build good relationships with them.
• Share all types of information with your peers, support functions, counterparts and management to ensure continuity and service excellence.
• Actively participate in daily production meetings.

To succeed in this role: Qualifications required

– Academic background: You have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

– Technical skills: You have a good knowledge of Algorithms  and SQL

– Positive and autonomous: You are optimistic and perseverant; you know how to manage your time well and present your ideas in a clear and professional manner whether in person, in writing, or by phone; you are able to handle difficult situations.

– Continuous learning: You are always learning new things, growing and working on continuous improvement.

– Teamwork: You are able to participate in achieving shared goals, collaborate with others and focus on the success of the group.

– Innovative: You think outside the box and turn problems into solutions, ideas into actions, plans into results, and you’re ready for any kind of change.

– Emotional management: You are empathetic, stress resistant and assertive.

-Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in French and English (written/verbal).
