Junior SAP Consultant

Your Role
After completing our SAP Consultant Academy, you will be able to:
• Work with our multinational clients on SAP customization and implementations based on our client’s requests
• Implement SAP solutions and contribute to their testing
• Work with our clients on legal updates provided by SAP and help them understand these legal changes
• Analyse SAP performance errors and provide solutions to our clients
• Work with our clients on system setup, SAP functionality and SAP enhancements in the complex area of payroll, time management and HR
• Understand the client’s processes and payroll related systems as well as their relationship to ADP’s products and services
• Effectively collaborate with the payroll teams, making sure the payroll process runs smoothly and according to our client’s expectations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Passionate about building a long-term career within SAP Consultancy – Our successful consultants choose to stay with us
• Proficient command of the Polish and English languages
• Experience in any IT related field with aptitude for solving technical issues is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to analyse and resolve problems by working with our clients and other teams
• Previous experience with SAP (HR modules) is considered a plus, but not a requirement
• Be curious – While our academy is instructor lead and sufficient support is provided, the nature of this role is ideal for people with a drive and appetite for more knowledge
• Communication skills – Communicate clearly and accurately with other departments and clients
