ADP, leader mondial de la paie, des déclarations sociales, de la gestion des temps et des ressources humaines recherche un(e) Chargé(e) RH dans le cadre de contrats en alternance (apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation).
Vos principales missions consisteront à :
- Participer à la gestion administrative RH : gestion des dossiers d’embauche dans leur globalité, rédaction des documents contractuels.
- Accompagner et conseiller les managers dans la gestion de leurs collaborateurs au quotidien.
- Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs concernant les politiques ressources humaines d’ADP.
- Concevoir, enrichir et promouvoir le contenu de l’outil interne RH destiné à informer/guider les managers et les collaborateurs dans leur quotidien lié à la vie du contrat.
- Etablir des reportings mensuels et suivre les échéances contractuelles en interaction avec l’équipe paie.
- Participation à des projets transversaux au sein de l’équipe RH.
Profil
Expérience :
- Une 1ere expérience en alternance RH vivement souhaitée
- Anglais souhaité

- Information : Capacité à aller chercher l’information
- Organisation : Etre rigoureux
- Accompagnement : Capacité à accompagner et conseiller
- Relationnel / Communication Orale : Capacité à créer et/ou développer un partenariat efficace avec des partenaires internes et/ou externes
- Comportemental : Capacité à respecter la confidentialité ; Capacité d’écoute
Savoir faire:
- Connaissance des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, powerpoint, Outlook)
- Connaissance de la législation sociale
Niveau(x) d’études
De formation Bac+3/4 avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines, vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance pour la rentrée 2026.
Durée: 12 mois ou 24 mois
Contrat d’apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation
