Analista de Folha de Pagamento Pleno

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Processamento da folha de pagamento;
• Processamento de antecipações, pagamentos quinzenas e mensais, férias, entre outros direitos trabalhistas e impostos (e-social e DIRF) e rescisões;
• Atendimento e suporte a clientes.
• Uso e manuseio de ferramentas e softwares relacionados à folha de pagamento.
• Análise e resolução de problemas relacionados ao processamento da folha de pagamento.
• Organização de tarefas diárias
• Execução do calendário mensal e checklist de processos

REQUISITOS:

• Desejável conhecimento em processamento de folha: conferência, fechamento, rescisão, contribuições e impostos
• Ensino Superior – Completo
• Habilidade de organização, trabalho em equipe, negociação, empatia e proatividade
• Excel intermediário/avançado
• Desejável conhecimento no sistema ADP Expert ou ferramentas similares.

O modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é office based/presencial, com a possibilidade de trabalho em home-office por até duas vezes na semana.
