Chargé(e) de communication – Alternance 1 ou 2 ans
Rythme souhaité : 3 semaines/1 semaine
Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Communication, au sein d’une équipe de 5 personnes, vous avez en charge d’assister l’équipe pour la gestion des projets de communication interne et externe au sein de l’organisation.
A ce titre, vous collaborez avec les différents départements en France (Opérations, vente, ressources humaines…) et avec l’Europe et l’International.
Vos principales missions sont d’assister à :
- L’organisation d’événements internes afin d’animer nos 9 sites en France lors de temps forts (galette, barbecue, noël…)
- La gestion et la mise en place d’opérations pour valoriser et récompenser les collaborateurs (ancienneté, performances…)
- L’organisation d’événements QVCT (Qualité de Vie et Conditions de Travail), comme des défis sportifs, Octobre Rose, Movember…
- D’assurer la bonne diffusion des informations au sein de l’organisation (newsletters, Instagram, affiches, vidéos, podcasts…).
- D’organiser des événements annuels : kick off interne ou soirée clients référents
- De mettre en place des événements qui permettent aux collaborateurs de se rencontrer, de connaitre et pratiquer des activités ensemble (club de jeu, déjeuners, événements sportifs…)
Ces missions ne sont pas exhaustives. C’est en fonction de vos idées et propositions qu’elles évolueront pour améliorer en continu la communication interne et la qualité de vie au travail des ADPiens.
Compétences :
- Connaissance de Photoshop / Canva et logiciel de création vidéo (idéalement mais non obligatoire)
- Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse
- Niveau d’anglais courant (B2 minimum)
