RESPONSABILIDADES:

Processamento completo da folha de pagamento Latam;
Processamento de antecipações, pagamentos quinzenas e mensais, férias, entre outros direitos trabalhistas e impostos (e-social e DIRF) e rescisões
Envio e validação de eventos (Estabelecimentos, Rubricas, etc);
Envio e Monitoria dos eventos não periódicos (afastamentos, desligamentos, admissões, etc);
Envio e Monitoria dos eventos periódicos (remuneração e encerramentos);
Organização de tarefas diárias
Execução do calendário mensal e checklist de processos

REQUISITOS:

Conhecimento do cálculo de folha: conferência, fechamento, rescisão, contribuições e impostos
Ensino Superior Completo
Habilidade de organização, trabalho em equipe, negociação, empatia e proatividade
Espanhol intermediário/avançado

O modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é office based/presencial, com a possibilidade de trabalho em home-office por até duas vezes na semana
