Analista de Folha de Pagamento Jr.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Processamento completo da folha de pagamento Latam;
• Processamento de antecipações, pagamentos quinzenas e mensais, férias, entre outros direitos trabalhistas e impostos (e-social e DIRF) e rescisões
• Envio e validação de eventos (Estabelecimentos, Rubricas, etc);
• Envio e Monitoria dos eventos não periódicos (afastamentos, desligamentos, admissões, etc);
• Envio e Monitoria dos eventos periódicos (remuneração e encerramentos);
• Organização de tarefas diárias
• Execução do calendário mensal e checklist de processos

REQUISITOS:

• Conhecimento do cálculo de folha: conferência, fechamento, rescisão, contribuições e impostos
• Ensino Superior Completo
• Habilidade de organização, trabalho em equipe, negociação, empatia e proatividade
• Espanhol intermediário/avançado

O modelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é office based/presencial, com a possibilidade de trabalho em home-office por até duas vezes na semana
