RESPONSIBILITIES
|
· To clearly describe the features of our services and products and deeply understand how it can benefit prospective customers · Develop and maintain the HCM demonstration system · Respond to Requests for Tender documents · Develop project plans to secure and coordinate resources and to identify tasks associated with prospective presentations · Assist with proposal development · Attend meetings with prospects · Keep abreast of technology developments as they relate to HRO · Develop and maintain good working relationships with other team members to ensure co-operation and sharing of expertise · Work very closely with Sales team lead to anticipate client needs and questions · Create needed documentation and system improvements as necessary and appropriate · Travel to client site as necessary |

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
|
· Bachelor degree or above · 5+ working experience related to HR, pre-sales, BPO service or consultant · Previous Sales and/or Account Management experience · Previous HR and/or Financial and/or Business experience · High energy, team oriented · Sound technical knowledge/experience of HCM related software · Familiar with the principles of Project Management · Familiar with Microsoft suite of products · Strong client service orientation · Strong presentation skills · Good Public speaking & English speaking ability · Apply solutions to problem · Deal with all level of people up to CEO level · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills at all levels · Commitment and enthusiasm · Able to work both independently and in a team environment · Able to work to a plan
